Dragons & Mythical Creatures feature at
Roger Williams Park Zoo in PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND.
If you don't see a date available, that means that date is SOLD OUT. Non-Members must also purchase a general zoo admission ticket.
Please choose carefully and then confirm your selection, as all sales are final.
The Dragons & Mythical Creatures feature is open between 9am – 4pm, last entry onto the trail is at 3:30pm. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Ticket information:
A separate ticket is REQUIRED for the Dragons & Mythical Creatures exhibit, it is NOT included with Zoo admission. You must also purchase Zoo admission tickets to view the Dragons & Mythical Creatures exhibit.
Toddlers ages 1 and under attend free. They will receive a complimentary ticket at the exhibit entrance
Paid admission (to both Dragons and the general zoo) is required for anyone ages 2 and older.
RWPZ Members SAVE on Dragons Tickets!
Current RWPZ Members Save $2 off each Dragons ticket. Dragon tickets MUST be reserved online in advance. Log into your member account before buying to receive your member discount.
1. Sign into your member account at the top-right of the screen.
2. If creating a new member account, enter the information EXACTLY as it appears on your zoo member record. If information differs, the account won't sync, and you won't receive your discount.
3. Proceed with the transaction.
If the discount doesn't apply, please contact Membership@rwpzoo.org as that means the information you entered doesn't match the information on file. The Membership Department is open Monday-Friday 9 AM - 3 PM. (other departments will not be able to help sync your account). This discount only applies to the number of guests covered under your membership.
SAVE with Group Discounts!
You can use this page to purchase discounted group tickets. The group discount automatically applies after you add at least 10 paid tickets to the cart and then advance to the next screen. Dragons & Mythical Creatures is a special feature so chaperones must pay admission (no complimentary chaperones). Every visitor requires a separate ticket. Tickets are not sold on-site, so please buy online. A credit card is required for purchase and tickets are automatically emailed to you.

Tickets must be pre-purchased online. Every attendee must have both a Dragon ticket and a daytime zoo ticket
Dragon rides are available for an additional fee (weather permitting).
The zoo offers parking on a first-come, first-served basis. However, parking availability is not guaranteed and during peak attendance times, the lots will fill quickly. You may want to consider alternate parking areas or other transportation modes.
By purchasing tickets, you agree to all policies at rwpzoo.org/dragons. Dragons & Mythical Creatures is open rain or shine, and rwpzoo.org/dragons also contains full weather policy information. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
