Please Read Prior to Purchasing
BEFORE registering, you must create/log-in to your RWPZoo account. Click the Sign-In/Register button at the top right corner of this page to do this. This is a requirement for all ZooCamp registrations.
If you are a Zoo member:
- Enter your name, email address, and address exactly as they appear on your membership.
- Don't lose your password! You must be logged in before registering to receive a member discount on ZooCamp.
- Discounts will show in the Shopping Cart.
*You Must Complete Additional Registration Forms Within 48 Hours of Your Purchase or Risk Forfeiting Your Camp Registration*
- Once you purchase your desired week of camp, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will direct you to a website called CampBrain! Follow the detailed instructions in that email to complete your ZooCamp Registration.
- This process typically only takes 15 minutes and you have 48 hours to complete these required forms.
- Failure to complete your registration forms within the specified timeframe, will result in a cancellation of your camp spot. Refunds will not be offered for individuals who fail to meet this deadline.
Important ZooCamp Registration Notes
- Once you purchase your camp spot, you must complete additional online registration forms within 48 hours of your purchase. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your camp registration and a forfeiture of your registration fees.
- Campers must be the minimum age of each camp at the time of attending camp. Requirements are not negotiable and are strictly enforced. RWPZoo reserves the right to cancel your registration if your camper does not meet the minimum age requirement.
- Refund Requests, minus a $30.00 registration fee per camper, be given prior to June 1, 2024 for Summer ZooCamps. Absolutely no refunds will be given after this date. After June 1st, all ZooCamp purchases are non-refundable. With at least two weeks' notice, transfers of your registration may be possible, but are not guaranteed. A $30 fee per camper per session will apply to any registration transfers.
- $35 sibling discount applies to all full-week ZooCamps. First registration is at full price, $35 applied to each sibling thereafter. Siblings must be registered within the same account. Please note that our registration system does not automatically apply this discount. Forward your receipt to the registrar at programs@rwpzoo.org to receive this discount as a refund.
- Pre-paid and updated lunch options are available for $55/week. Single days of lunch may be purchased at check-in for $11/day. Extra t-shirts may be purchased on your child's first day of camp.
Aftercare only available for pre-registration
For those parents that need a bit more time, we offer after camp care Monday – Friday from 3:30-5:30 for $30/day or $100/week per camper. Aftercare must be pre-registered and can be added up to two weeks prior to your camp start date. Aftercare is not available for Tadpole Academy. We are unable to honor refund requests for unused aftercare or lunches.
