Important Giant Otter Wild Connection Information

Minimum Age Requirement

• All participants must be at least 5 years old.
• There will be no refunds for registrations that are made for guests that do not meet this requirement.

Cancellations/Refunds

• Roger Williams Park Zoo reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or substitute any Wild Connection experience for reasons including but not limited to: Inclement/Severe Weather, Animal Health/Welfare, or if a specific experience has less than 2 registered participants.
• All registrations are final. No refunds will be given unless this event is cancelled by the Zoo.

Giant Otter Masking Policy

• Masks are required and provided for all participants (children and adults) only while visiting our Otter holding area. This policy is subject to change.
• Please see your confirmation materials for more information on your program's mask policy.

Accessibility

• While all public areas of the Zoo are wheelchair accessible, most behind-the-scenes areas are not. Please contact programs@rwpzoo.org or (401) 785-3510 x 358 if you have any concerns about accessibility.
